How to use

Arrange sliced or prepared ingredients evenly across the six trays, avoiding overlap for uniform airflow. Set the desired temperature within the 30–75°C range according to the product type and set the integrated timer for the estimated drying time. Monitor dryness periodically and rotate trays if needed for consistent results. After the cycle completes, allow items to cool before storing in airtight containers.

Recommendations

For best results, cut ingredients into uniform pieces, pre-treat fruits if necessary (e.g., blanching or using lemon juice to prevent browning), and store fully cooled dried goods in airtight containers away from direct sunlight. Do not use with embedded batteries and follow local WEEE disposal rules when discarding the appliance.
