Tips

For best results, slice produce evenly (3-6 mm thick) and arrange pieces in a single layer without overlapping. Rotate trays halfway through drying for uniform results. Start with lower temperatures for herbs (35-45°C) and higher for fruits (55-70°C). Store dried foods in airtight containers in a cool, dark place to maintain crispness and flavor.
