How to use

Place the cooktop on a stable, level countertop with sufficient clearance from walls and combustible materials. Connect the unit to a suitable power supply according to the local electrical requirements and the appliance rating. Use the manual knobs to select the desired heat level for each zone; start at a lower setting and increase as needed. Use cookware with flat bottoms and appropriate diameter for the heating zones to ensure even heating. After cooking, turn the knobs to the off position and allow the surface to cool before cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, use pans with flat, clean bases and match pan diameter to the heating zone. Avoid dragging heavy cookware across the surface to prevent scratches. Regularly wipe the cooktop with a soft, damp cloth once cooled; do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water. Ensure adequate ventilation during prolonged cooking and follow local electrical safety regulations when installing and operating the appliance.
