Espressomaker Maestro MR-1657-6-BEIGE aluminium 6 kops

The Maestro MR-1657-6-BEIGE is an aluminum stovetop espresso maker designed to prepare up to six small cups of strong, concentrated coffee using the classic moka pot principle. The device consists of a lower water chamber, a perforated filter funnel for ground coffee and an upper collection chamber. Its compact size and lightweight aluminum construction make it suitable for everyday home use and for small social gatherings where a traditional stovetop espresso is preferred. The product is compatible with gas and electric stoves and offers a straightforward, manual brewing method without electronics or complex controls.

Advantages

The aluminum construction provides quick heat transfer for efficient extraction and is lightweight for easy handling. The classic moka pot design is simple to operate and easy to clean, with few parts to assemble or disassemble. Its six-cup capacity allows preparation of multiple servings in a single brew while maintaining a concentrated flavour profile typical of stovetop espresso. The compact form factor makes it convenient to store in kitchen cabinets or to take on trips where a simple heating source is available.

How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve level, insert the filter funnel and add medium-fine ground coffee without compacting it. Screw the upper chamber tightly onto the base and place the assembled maker on a gas or electric stove over medium heat. When the coffee begins to flow into the upper chamber, reduce heat to maintain a steady extraction and remove the pot from heat once the upper chamber is filled and the gurgling sound stops. Allow the brewed coffee to settle briefly before serving.

Recommendations

To prolong service life, rinse and dry all parts after each use and avoid abrasive cleaners. Use fresh medium-fine ground coffee and control heat to prevent overheating and metallic taste. Do not place on induction cooktops unless an induction-compatible adapter is used; verify compatibility with your stove type.
