Mokakan Pedrini MyMoka inductie bruin roestvrij staal

The Pedrini MyMoka induction Moka pot combines traditional moka-brewing characteristics with an induction-compatible exterior. The boiler is constructed as a bi-material assembly: an aluminum interior for preserving coffee aroma and a stainless steel exterior that allows use on induction cooktops. A matching brown stainless steel collector connects to the boiler and is fitted with a dual-function silicone band that provides slip resistance and thermal insulation while reflecting the pot's finish.

Advantages

The aluminum inner chamber maintains the classic extraction profile and preserves coffee fragrance, while the stainless steel outer shell enables safe operation on induction hobs. The silicone band provides a stable, heat-insulated grip and reduces slipping when handling. The compact, durable construction makes the Moka pot easy to store and suitable for everyday use.

Suitable for

• Brewing traditional moka-style coffee on induction cooktops
• Home kitchens with limited counter or storage space
• Users who prefer a compact, durable stovetop coffee maker

How to use

Fill the boiler’s lower chamber with water up to the safety valve, add ground coffee to the funnel without tamping, assemble the parts and place the Moka pot on an induction hob set to moderate heat. When brewing completes and coffee rises into the upper chamber, remove from heat and let rest briefly before serving to allow crema to settle. Clean by rinsing parts with warm water and drying thoroughly; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Recommendations

Use medium-fine ground coffee suitable for moka pots and moderate induction heat to prevent overheating. Regularly check and clean the silicone band and gasket for proper sealing and replace parts if wear is visible.
