Dubbelzijdig plakband 3M 9527 crème 50 m x 19 mm, rubberlijm

3M 9527 double-sided tape is a cream-coloured, rubber-based adhesive tape supplied on a 50 m roll with a 19 mm width. It is engineered for general-purpose bonding, temporary fixing and mounting across a variety of substrates. The rubber adhesive offers immediate tack and easy handling, making the tape suitable for workshop, office and light assembly tasks where a quick, reliable bond is required without mechanical fasteners.

Advantages

The rubber adhesive formulation provides strong initial tack and good adhesion to many common surfaces including paper, cardboard, painted metals and certain plastics. The cream-coloured carrier ensures balanced thickness and conforms moderately to slightly irregular surfaces, while the 50 m roll length and 19 mm width deliver economical coverage for repeated use. The tape is easy to cut and apply, allows for fast positioning and reduces the need for clamps or temporary fasteners during short-term assembly or mounting.

Suitable for

• Temporary mounting of signs, posters and displays
• Bonding paper, cardboard and light substrates
• Light assembly tasks and prototyping in workshops
• Office fastening and general-purpose holding
• Masking or positioning components prior to final fastening

Key specifications

• Length: 50 m roll
• Width: 19 mm
• Adhesive type: rubber-based adhesive
• Colour: cream
• Carrier: double-sided tape construction suitable for general bonding

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles for optimal adhesion. Measure and cut the required length of tape, peel away the release liner and apply the adhesive side to the first surface with firm pressure. Remove the remaining liner and press the second surface into place, applying consistent pressure to promote good contact. For heavier materials or longer-term bonds, allow pressure to develop over several minutes and consider supplemental mechanical fastening if required.

Recommendations

For best results, store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid applying on highly textured, wet or contaminated surfaces. When bonding low-energy plastics or very rough substrates, perform a small test before full application. Use firm, even pressure at room temperature to achieve the intended tack and bond strength.
