DURABLE ORDOFIX® rugetiketten 60x390 mm zelfklevend wit, 10 etiketten per verpakking 809003

In a busy archive room, a clerk reaches for a lever arch file, and the spine label tells the whole story at a glance. DURABLE ORDOFIX® folder spine labels make that clarity possible: each pack contains 10 self-adhesive labels measuring 60 x 390 mm, sized to fit standard lever arch files and ring binders. The permanent adhesive keeps them firmly in place through years of handling, while the matte white paper surface accepts inkjet, laser, and handwriting with equal ease. Whether you are labelling a single shelf or an entire document wall, these labels bring order to the chaos of paper storage.

Why choose it

ORDOFIX® labels are engineered for durability and ease of use. The strong adhesive prevents peeling or curling, even on frequently accessed files. The generous 390 mm height covers the full spine of most lever arch binders, eliminating the need for multiple labels. The matte surface reduces glare, making text readable from a distance, and the bright white background ensures sharp contrast with printed or handwritten information. These labels are a reliable choice for offices, schools, and public institutions where document management is a daily task.

Ideal use cases

• Organising client files in law firms and accounting offices
• Labelling project binders in corporate environments
• Creating uniform spine labels for school or university archives
• Indexing medical records in clinics and hospitals
• Standardising document storage in government agencies
