DVD slim dubbelbox Hama 51184 zwart 2 discs

The Hama DVD Slim Double-Box 51184 is a compact black case designed to hold two DVDs securely. It protects discs from scratches and dust while taking up significantly less space than standard jewel cases. With a low profile of approximately 7 mm, two of these slim cases fit into one standard DVD insert pocket, making them suitable as replacements for damaged original boxes or for more efficient storage.

Advantages

This super slim case saves up to 75% of storage space compared with standard DVD cases, offers reliable protection for two discs, and is lightweight and easy to carry. Its uniform slim design allows neat stacking and efficient use of shelf or bag space.

Suitable for

• Storing two DVDs or CDs in a single slim case
• Replacing damaged or broken original DVD boxes
• Organising media collections to save shelf or rack space
• Transporting discs in bags or cases with limited space

How to use

Open the slim case, place each DVD on the central hubs to secure them, and close the case until it clicks. Store the case upright or flat on a shelf; two cases will fit into one standard DVD insert pocket due to their reduced height. For transport, place the closed case into a bag or protective sleeve to reduce movement and potential abrasion.

Recommendations

Handle discs by the edges and always store the case in a dry, dust-free environment. For long-term archiving, consider labelling the outer spine or using a protective outer sleeve to prevent surface wear.
