The cover is laminated inside and out with PP film and the folder is equipped with a lever arch mechanism, a finger hole and document guide slots. It has a replaceable spine label (158 mm) and is approximately 70% recyclable.

How to use

Open the lever arch mechanism, insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings and close the lever until it locks. Use the guide slots to align document stacks and the spine label for shelf identification. Remove the folder using the finger hole for easier grip. Replace the spine label when needed by sliding the existing insert out and inserting a new 158 mm label.

Recommendations

Store the folder upright on shelves to prevent warping and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity to preserve the PP lamination and paper contents. For heavy use, periodically check the lever mechanism for secure operation.
