Use genuine DYMO wide-format label rolls sized for 4" x 6" shipping labels for best results. Keep the printer’s feed path clean and store labels in a cool, dry place to preserve thermal label quality. Verify platform and carrier integration settings before bulk printing to avoid misaligned or incorrect labels.
