Eenpersoons luchtmatras Outwell 400123 — 1950×600×110 mm, polyester/PVC, groen

The Outwell 400123 single air mattress offers a mattress-like sleeping surface in a compact inflatable design. It is made of polyester with a PVC top surface and provides a raised height for improved comfort compared with simple ground pads. Designed in green for unisex use, the mattress suits camping, overnight stays and temporary guest bedding.

Advantages

The mattress combines a soft PVC top with a polyester body to balance durability and comfort. Its flat high-flow valve allows quick inflation and deflation, while the raised 110 mm profile creates a more supportive, bed-like feel. The compact packed dimensions make it easy to store and transport.

Suitable for

• Solo campers and backpackers who need a compact single sleeping surface
• Car or tent camping where a raised mattress improves comfort
• Temporary guest bedding at home

When it may not be suitable

This single air mattress is intended for one adult; it is not suitable where a larger double sleeping surface is required. The polyester and PVC construction is durable for typical outdoor and occasional indoor use but may not provide the long-term resilience or luxury finish of some higher-end foam or sprung mattresses.

Key specifications

• Type: Single air mattress
• Top surface material: PVC
• Body material: Polyester with PVC components
• Colour: Green
• Designed for: Adults, unisex
• Dimensions (approx.): 600 mm width × 1950 mm length × 110 mm height

How to use

Unroll the mattress on a clean, flat surface free of sharp objects. Open the Outwell flat high-flow valve and inflate using a compatible pump or by mouth until the mattress reaches the desired firmness. Close the valve to retain air. To deflate, open the valve and press or roll the mattress to expel air, then fold and pack into its storage size. Wipe the PVC surface clean with a mild detergent and dry before storage.

What to consider before purchase

• Check the mattress dimensions to ensure it fits your tent, bed frame or sleeping space.
• Consider the 110 mm height for comfort versus pack size and weight.
• Confirm you have a compatible pump or plan to inflate manually via the valve.

Recommendations

For best results, use a groundsheet or footprint under the mattress while camping to protect the PVC surface from abrasion and sharp stones. Regularly inspect seams and the valve for leaks and store the mattress dry and rolled to maintain shape and longevity.
