EFB Elektronik trunkkabel U-DQ ZN BH OS2 8E 1x8 LC-LC 80m Dca LSZH - 80 m O8322S80OS2

Long-distance fiber optic links in data centers and campus networks often suffer from fragile terminations and fire-safety concerns. This 80-meter pre-terminated trunk cable solves both by delivering eight OS2 single-mode fibers in a rugged, halogen-free LSZH jacket with a Dca fire rating. Factory-terminated LC connectors on both ends ensure low insertion loss and high return loss, eliminating field-polishing errors and speeding up deployment.

Who is it for

Network installers and data center managers who need a reliable, plug-and-play backbone for high-speed single-mode connections over moderate distances, especially where fire safety regulations demand low-smoke, zero-halogen materials.

Main features

• 8 OS2 single-mode fibers (ITU-T G.652.D / G.657.A1/A2 compatible)
• LC connectors on both ends, pre-terminated for consistent performance
• 80 m length, ideal for inter-rack or inter-room trunking
• LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) yellow jacket, flame retardant
• CPR fire rating Dca, suitable for indoor/outdoor universal use
• Loose tube, non-metallic strain relief, central tube construction (U-DQ ZN)

Tips

For best results, use bend-insensitive patch cords at the ends and keep the trunk cable away from sharp bends. The LSZH jacket is suitable for indoor use, but the cable can also be used outdoors in protected conduits due to its universal design.
