Eindklem Bessey EZL30-8 30 cm zwart oranje

The Bessey EZL30-8 end clamp offers a 30 cm opening and robust construction for secure holding in a variety of clamping tasks. Finished in black and orange, this clamp weighs approximately 680 g and is designed to provide reliable end clamping where stable pressure and a compact footprint are required. The tool is suitable as an accessory for workshop and professional use, compatible with common workbench and woodworking setups.

Advantages

The clamp combines a wide 30 cm throat capacity with a solid build to deliver even pressure across the workpiece. Its moderate weight contributes to easy handling while maintaining stability during use. The color contrast aids visibility in a busy workspace, and the clamp’s geometry supports firm endpoint holding without the need for additional fixtures.

Suitable for

• Holding boards and panels at the ends during glue-up or assembly
• Securing workpieces for cutting, routing, or sanding near edges
• Temporary end clamping when aligning parts or installing fittings
• Use as an auxiliary clamp in woodworking, cabinetry, and metalworking projects

Key specifications

• Opening capacity: 30 cm
• Weight: approximately 680 g
• Color: black and orange
• Type: end clamp suitable for endpoint holding

How to use

Position the clamp so that its jaws align with the workpiece end and adjust until the clamping surfaces contact the material evenly. Apply pressure gradually to achieve the required holding force without over-tightening. For glue-ups, clamp until the adhesive achieves sufficient initial set according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions. Release the clamp by reducing pressure and removing it from the workpiece once the operation is complete.

Recommendations

Inspect clamping surfaces for debris or damage before each use to ensure even contact. When clamping delicate surfaces, use protective pads between the clamp jaws and the workpiece to prevent marking. Store the clamp in a dry place to avoid corrosion and periodically check moving parts for smooth operation.
