The EIZO FlexScan EV4340X-WT is a 42.5" 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) LED monitor designed for control rooms, command centres, trading floors and similar professional environments. Its large IPS panel with 178° viewing angles, 5 ms response time and built-in speakers provides clear visuals and reliable performance. The monitor supports USB-C docking with DisplayPort Alt Mode, audio, USB data transfer and up to 94 W power delivery. It also offers multiple inputs including two HDMI ports and DisplayPort, a built-in USB hub and VESA mount compatibility for flexible installation.

Advantages

The EV4340X-WT combines a high-resolution 42.5" 4K display with extensive connectivity and multi-source management. Picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture modes allow up to four sources to be shown simultaneously, while an integrated KVM switch enables control of two connected computers with one keyboard and mouse. A front-panel button and supplied remote control provide convenient layout switching, and the monitor’s slim white housing facilitates tidy multi-screen installations or wall mounting.

  • Trading floors and financial monitoring
  • Network operation centres and security monitoring
  • Meeting rooms and presentation setups

Use the front button or the supplied remote control to select PiP/PbP layouts or switch between up to 12 predefined layouts. When two computers are connected, enable the integrated KVM switch to operate both systems with one keyboard and mouse. For wall mounting or grouped multi-screen setups, use the VESA mount points and arrange cabling to keep the slim design tidy.

Recommendations

For optimal multi-source clarity, select native 3840 x 2160 resolution on connected devices and use high-quality HDMI or USB-C cables. When using the KVM function, confirm USB device compatibility and configure input switching in the monitor menu. For wall mounting, ensure sufficient clearance for remote control operation if front buttons will be inaccessible.
