Elba 400006531 polypropyleen A4 ordner blauw groen oranje roze turquoise

The Elba folder in polypropylene is designed to store and protect A4 documents with durable, flexible material that resists tears and moisture. Available in blue, green, orange, pink and turquoise, the folder combines a slim profile with practical handling for everyday filing, transport and short-term document protection. Its lightweight construction keeps storage bulk to a minimum while maintaining enough rigidity to prevent paper creasing during normal use.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides water resistance, dimensional stability and good longevity compared with standard paper folders. Multiple bright color options help with fast visual sorting and color-coded organization. The slim, flexible design reduces shelf and bag space while allowing easy insertion and removal of A4 sheets. The material is easy to clean and remains shape-stable under normal office and home conditions.

Suitable for

• Organizing A4 documents in home or office environments
• Color-coding files for quick retrieval
• Transporting papers between meetings, classes or locations
• Short-term protection of reports, handouts and invoices

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Format compatibility: A4 paper
• Available colors: blue, green, orange, pink, turquoise
• Design: slim, flexible folder for flat storage
• Surface: smooth, wipeable finish

How to use

Insert A4 sheets directly into the main pocket, aligning edges to ensure an even fit. For multiple documents, organize them by subject or date and use different colored folders to separate categories. Carry the folder inside a bag or briefcase to protect contents from bending and incidental moisture. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent if needed; avoid abrasive cleaners and high heat sources.

Recommendations

For efficient filing, assign a dedicated color to each document type (e.g., invoices, reports, project notes). Do not overfill the folder beyond its capacity to maintain shape and prevent stress on the seams; store flat or upright in a shelf to preserve condition.
