Advantages

The resilient karton material provides reliable protection for A4 sheets while keeping the folder lightweight and easy to handle. The set of 18 black and red index tabs creates a clear visual contrast that speeds up locating specific sections. The folder’s A–Z layout supports standard alphabetical sorting and helps maintain consistent organization across multiple filing systems. Its simple construction requires no additional supplies and fits into standard A4 storage racks or drawer systems.

Suitable for

• Office filing of reports, client records and correspondence
• School or university organization of course notes, assignments and handouts
• Home paperwork management such as bills, warranties and manuals
• Project documentation where alphabetical separation by topic or client is needed

How to use

Insert or remove documents as needed, placing related papers behind the corresponding tab to keep each section distinct. For faster retrieval, mark tab edges with a short label or sticky note when a custom sub-organization is required.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, avoid exposure to prolonged moisture and heavy compression. Use the alternating black and red tabs to create a visual scanning system—assign common categories to red tabs and less-used sections to black tabs to minimize search time.
