Enveloppenmap Oxford 400031404 polypropyleen (PP) transparant A5

The Elba Envelope folder Oxford 400031404 is a translucent A5 document folder made from durable polypropylene (PP). Designed for compact storage and easy visibility, this envelope-style folder measures approximately 250 mm in width and 180 mm in depth, offering a practical solution for organizing loose papers, notes and small booklets. Each pack includes five folders, providing multiple units for sorting, transporting and protecting documents in everyday office and school environments.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides water-resistant and tear-resistant protection while maintaining flexibility for frequent handling. The translucent finish allows quick identification of contents without opening the folder, saving time when managing multiple documents. Its envelope design secures papers and prevents them from slipping out during transport. The compact A5 format fits easily into backpacks, briefcases and smaller storage spaces.

• Format: A5
• External dimensions: 250 mm (width) × 180 mm (depth)
• Pack quantity: 5 folders per pack

How to use

Slide loose sheets, notes or small booklets into the folder through the open edge until they are fully enclosed. Arrange documents by subject, date or project across multiple folders within the pack to create an orderly system. Use the translucent surface to visually check contents; label the outer surface with a removable sticker or a soft-tip marker if needed. When transporting, place the folder flat in a bag or briefcase to reduce bending and ensure documents remain flat.

Recommendations

For long-term archival, combine these A5 folders with larger storage boxes or binders and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve translucency. Clean the polypropylene surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent if required. Do not store near heat sources or sharp objects to prevent deformation and punctures.
