Elektrakast Rittal GA 9110.210, aluminium, B220×D91×H120 mm

Rittal GA 9110.210 is an aluminium electrical enclosure with external dimensions 220×91×120 mm (W×D×H). It is designed to house small electrical components, terminals and control modules in a compact and corrosion-resistant housing. The enclosure provides a lightweight solution for indoor panel mounting and installations where space is limited and material strength with good thermal properties is required.

Advantages

The aluminium construction offers a balance of light weight and mechanical stability while providing natural resistance to corrosion. The compact footprint allows flexible placement within control cabinets or on panels where installation space is constrained. The enclosure's smooth interior and defined dimensions simplify component mounting and wiring routing. Compatibility with standard panel-mounting practices and the neutral finish enable integration with existing electrical installations.

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable panel or inside a control cabinet using recommended fasteners and mounting points that match the enclosure's dimensions. Prepare internal mounting hardware such as DIN rails, mounting plates or standoffs as required by the components to be installed. Route wiring through appropriate cable entries or gland plates and secure internal components to prevent movement. Ensure all connections are made according to applicable electrical standards and that the enclosure is properly grounded if required.

Recommendations

Use the enclosure for indoor, dry environments and avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals or continuous outdoor weathering. Select compatible gland plates, seals or mounting accessories to maintain cable routing and to preserve the enclosure's protective properties. Verify component clearances and ventilation needs when installing heat-generating devices inside the aluminium housing.
