Elektrische kabelconnector DELOCK 86913 recht 85–260V zwart 25×114 mm

DELOCK 86913 is a straight electric wire connector suitable for AC voltages from 85 to 260 V. The compact black housing measures 25 mm in width and 114 mm in length and is supplied as a single unit. It is designed to join or extend electrical wiring in situations where a compact, inline straight connector is required and provides enhanced protection against dust and moisture for outdoor power cable connections.

Advantages

The connector features an IP68-rated enclosure that offers dust-tight protection and resistance to prolonged immersion in water, making it appropriate for outdoor and damp environments. Its straight inline form factor and compact dimensions allow easy integration into constrained cable runs and junctions. The construction supports secure electrical contacts and reduces exposure of connections to environmental contaminants.

Suitable for

• Outdoor cable connections and extensions
• Inline joining of AC power cables (85–260 V)
• Environments requiring dust- and waterproof connections
• Compact installations with limited space for junctions

Key specifications

• Operating voltage range: 85–260 V AC
• Housing color: black
• Form factor: straight inline connector
• External dimensions: approximately 25 mm (width) × 114 mm (length)
• Ingress protection: IP68 (dust and waterproof)
• Packaging: single unit

How to use

Prepare the cables by stripping insulation to the length recommended for the connector contacts, ensuring conductors are clean and undamaged. Insert conductors into the connector according to polarity and tighten any built-in clamps or screws until secure. After assembly, verify mechanical retention and that seals are correctly positioned to preserve the IP68 protection. Test the connection at low load before returning to full operational power.

Recommendations

Use the connector within the specified voltage range (85–260 V AC) and in accordance with local electrical codes. For outdoor or submerged applications, ensure seals and mating surfaces are free from dirt before assembly to maintain IP68 performance. When in doubt, consult a qualified electrician for installation and verification.
