Elektrische kachel Blaupunkt FHD601

The Blaupunkt FHD601 electric heater is a compact oil-filled heater designed for residential and small office use. It combines a slim form factor with adjustable heat output and a thermostat to help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures. The unit is engineered for quiet operation and includes built-in safety measures such as overheat protection and a tip-over switch for enhanced user safety.

Advantages

The heater delivers adjustable warmth through multiple heat settings and a thermostat that enables temperature regulation without constant manual intervention. Its oil-filled design provides steady, even heat distribution while producing minimal noise during operation. Integrated safety features — overheat protection and a tip-over switch — reduce the risk of accidents, and the compact footprint makes the device easy to place in smaller rooms or tight spaces.

Suitable for

• Bedrooms and living rooms where quiet, continuous heating is required
• Home offices and study areas with moderate space
• Supplemental heating for poorly insulated rooms
• Temporary heating in rental properties or seasonal use

Key specifications

• Heating technology: oil-filled radiator for convection and radiant heat
• Adjustable thermostat for temperature control
• Multiple heat settings to select different power levels
• Noise level: quiet operation suitable for sleeping areas
• Safety features: overheat protection and tip-over switch

How to use

Place the heater on a flat, stable surface with sufficient clearance from walls, furniture and curtains. Connect the unit to a suitable mains outlet and select the desired heat setting, then adjust the thermostat to reach the preferred room temperature. Allow the heater to run until the ambient temperature equalizes; the thermostat will cycle the unit to maintain the set temperature. Turn the heater off and unplug it when not in use for extended periods.

Recommendations

For safe and efficient operation, keep the heater at least the recommended distance from combustible materials and avoid covering the unit. Use the thermostat and lower heat settings to conserve energy while maintaining comfort, and routinely check the unit for any signs of wear or damage. Do not place the heater on uneven or soft surfaces and always follow local electrical safety guidelines when connecting to mains power.
