Envelop C6 MAILmedia pak met 1000 stuks, zonder venster, standaardpapier

MAILmedia C6 envelopes come in a bulk pack of 1000 unwindowed envelopes designed for standard C6 paper correspondence. Made from standard paper, these envelopes are intended for general mailing, office use and document storage where a simple, economical packaging solution is required. The unwindowed design maintains privacy of contents while the C6 format accommodates folded A4/A5 sheets, invitations and small documents.

Advantages

These MAILmedia C6 envelopes offer a balance of cost-effectiveness and practical functionality. The plain, unwindowed construction protects the contents from unintended display, while the standardized C6 dimensions ensure compatibility with common folded paper sizes and most postal services. Supplied in a large pack of 1000, they reduce the need for frequent reordering and support bulk mailing workflows.

Suitable for

• Business and internal mailings
• Invitations, greeting cards and announcements
• Storage of small documents, receipts and invoices
• Mass mailing campaigns and administrative dispatches

Key specifications

• Envelope size: C6 (suitable for folded A4/A5 sheets)
• Pack quantity: 1000 envelopes
• Window: none (unwindowed)
• Material: standard paper
• Closure type: gummed or self-seal depending on batch (check packaging)

How to use

Insert the folded document or card into the C6 envelope, moisten the gummed flap or activate the self-seal strip as indicated on the packaging, and press to close. Address the envelope manually or print addresses using compatible envelope printers. Ensure the weight and dimensions meet your postal service requirements before sending in bulk to avoid surcharge or processing delays.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption and warping. For important documents or heavier contents, consider reinforcing the flap or using additional protective packaging. When preparing large mailings, verify postage rates for standard C6 envelopes and test your addressing method for alignment before printing large batches.
