Envelop MAILmedia 30003811 DIN lang wit zelfklevend 100 g/m²

MAILmedia 30003811 DIN long white self-adhesive envelope is a straight-format mailing envelope made from 100 g/m² paper. The envelope offers a smooth, opaque surface suitable for printing addresses and labels, and a self-adhesive closure that seals quickly without moistening. Its DIN long dimensions fit standard long documents and business correspondence and are compatible with common sorting and filing systems.

Advantages

The 100 g/m² paper provides a balance of stiffness and flexibility that protects contents while remaining easy to handle. The self-adhesive strip ensures fast, reliable sealing and reduces the need for tape or licking, improving efficiency in high-volume mailings. The white outer surface provides a clear background for printed addresses, barcodes and labels, and the envelope’s construction is suitable for machine processing as well as manual handling.

Suitable for

• Sending invoices, contracts and business letters
• Mailing brochures, folded A4 pages or long-format documents
• Office bulk mailings and customer correspondence
• Home mail and personal letters that require a neat presentation

Key specifications

• Format: DIN long suitable for standard long documents
• Paper weight: 100 g/m² for increased stiffness and opacity
• Color: white for high contrast with printed addresses and labels
• Closure: self-adhesive strip for quick sealing without moisture
• Surface: smooth, printable exterior compatible with most printers and labels

How to use

Insert the documents neatly so edges align with the envelope opening to avoid creasing. Peel off the protective liner from the self-adhesive strip and press the flap firmly along the seam to secure the closure. For machine processing, ensure filled envelopes do not exceed the recommended thickness for your inserter or sorting equipment and avoid overfilling to maintain reliable sealing and transport.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity to preserve adhesive performance and paper integrity. For printed addressing or barcode labels, test a small batch in your printer to confirm feed and print quality before full production.
