Envelop MAILmedia C5 met venster, gepatenteerde sluittechnologie

MAILmedia C5 envelope with window and patented closure technology is a C5-sized mailing envelope designed for sending letters, invoices, contracts and other A4-folded documents. The transparent window provides clear address visibility without additional labeling, while the patented closure system ensures a secure and consistent seal for reliable transport. The envelope's format and construction make it suitable for everyday office and home correspondence where presentation and protection of contents are important.

Advantages

The envelope integrates a transparent window positioned to match standard address placement on folded documents, reducing the need for extra addressing. The patented closure technology provides a tamper-resistant seal that is quick to use and maintains integrity during handling and transit. Its C5 size fits A4 documents folded once, offering a slim profile for efficient storage and postage. The materials used balance light weight with sufficient stiffness to protect contents from bending while remaining economical for bulk mailing.

Suitable for

• Sending invoices, statements and receipts
• Mailing contracts, agreements and official correspondence
• Distribution of brochures or folded A4 marketing materials
• Office and home bulk mailing where address window speeds processing

Key specifications

• Size: C5 (suitable for A4 folded once)
• Window: transparent address window aligned for standard document placement
• Closure: patented sealing mechanism for secure, tamper-resistant closure
• Material: lightweight yet stiff paper construction for content protection
• Finish: printable surface suitable for basic labeling and handling

How to use

Insert the document folded once so the recipient address aligns with the transparent window. Activate the patented closure according to the envelope's closure design — typically by pressing the flap into place to form a secure seal without additional adhesive. Confirm the seal is complete and the contents are seated flat within the envelope to avoid creasing or shifting during transit. For windowed addressing, ensure the address block on the inserted document is positioned correctly before sealing.

Recommendations

For automated processing and optimal address visibility, use standard document templates where the recipient address is placed to align with the window. Avoid overfilling the envelope; keep contents flat to maintain the integrity of the closure and minimize postage costs. Store envelopes in a dry, room-temperature environment to preserve the sealing performance.
