Zelfklevende C6-envelop MAILmedia 21186/0 met venster

Self-adhesive C6 Envelope MAILmedia 21186/0 with Window is a C6-sized mailing envelope with an integrated transparent window and a peel-and-seal closure. It is designed to hold letters and documents up to C6 dimensions and to display recipient details through the window without the need for a separate address label. The envelope is intended for general office mailings, invoicing, and bulk dispatches where efficient preparation and clear addressing are required.

Advantages

The transparent window allows addresses to be visible from the outside, reducing preparation time and minimizing the risk of misaddressed mail. The self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip provides fast and reliable closure without moisture or separate adhesive. The envelope is lightweight and sized to fit standard C6 documents, optimizing postage costs and storage. Its construction supports machine or manual handling during sorting and dispatch.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices, statements and payment notices
• Sending folded letters, invitations or small documents
• High-volume office mailings and batching
• Automated or manual addressing workflows where windowed envelopes are needed

Key specifications

• Format: C6 (fits documents folded to C6 size)
• Closure type: self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip
• Feature: transparent window for recipient address
• Intended use: mailing of letters and small documents
• Handling: suitable for manual and machine processing

How to use

Fold your document to C6 size so the recipient address is visible through the transparent window, insert the folded content into the envelope, remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive closure, and press firmly to seal. For automated processing, orient addresses consistently and check that the window covers the address area. Avoid overfilling to maintain reliable sealing and to ensure smooth passage through sorting equipment.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive performance. For best results with windowed addressing, use a consistent fold and placement method so the address aligns with the window; verify compatibility with your mailing equipment before large runs.
