Envelop MAILmedia Envirelope DIN lang zonder venster wit — pakket met 1000

MAILmedia Envirelope DIN long envelopes in white, without window, supplied in a pack of 1000. These plain white envelopes are sized for the DIN long format and provide a large internal area suitable for invoices, letters and folded A4 sheets. The unwindowed design offers a continuous printable surface and improved privacy for enclosed documents, while the high-count pack is intended for workplaces and mailing operations that require frequent sending or storage of correspondence.

Advantages

These envelopes combine a standardized DIN long size with a simple white finish and no window, enabling straightforward addressing, stamping and bulk printing. The absence of a window eliminates alignment concerns and preserves document confidentiality. Supplied in a pack of 1000, they reduce the need for frequent reordering and are convenient for offices, accounting departments and mailing centres. The uniform colour and smooth surface support machine processing and manual handling.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices and payment reminders in DIN long format
• Sending letters and folded A4 documents
• Bulk mailings and mailing house operations
• Archival storage where contents should not be visible
• Office use where standardized envelope size is required

Key specifications

• Format: DIN long compatible (suitable for folded A4)
• Colour: white
• Window: none (unwindowed)
• Quantity: 1000 envelopes per pack
• Surface: smooth, printable exterior suitable for addressing and labelling

How to use

Fold A4 documents to the DIN long format and insert them into the envelope so the edges align with the envelope opening. Seal according to the envelope's closure type (moistenable or peel-and-seal, as provided by the supplier) and affix postage and address information to the front. For bulk mailing, arrange envelopes in batches for automated feeding or prepare them for manual dispatch as required.

Recommendations

Store the pack in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture absorption and warping. When printing addresses or barcodes directly on the envelope, test a single envelope first to confirm ink compatibility and print alignment. For enhanced document privacy, consider enclosing additional protective sheets or using internal covers when sending sensitive information.
