Epson WorkForce Pro EM-C8101RDWF inkjet A3+ 4800 x 1200 DPI 26 ppm Wi-Fi

The Epson WorkForce Pro EM-C8101RDWF Inkjet Colour is a high-capacity multifunction printer designed for busy offices that require reliable colour printing, copying, scanning and faxing. It supports A3+ media, offers a maximum print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and delivers a print speed of up to 25–26 ppm (A4/US Letter). Built with Replaceable Ink Pack System (RIPS) technology and Heat-Free ink ejection, this device reduces user intervention and helps lower running costs while providing fast first-page-out times and robust monthly duty capability.

Advantages

RIPS technology uses high-yield ink packs to enable long unattended runs — up to tens of thousands of mono or colour pages between supply changes — reducing consumable handling and waste compared with many laser alternatives. Large paper capacity (up to 1,900 sheets with optional cassettes) and fast FPOT from ready mode minimise delays. Duplex print and single-pass duplex scan speed up document workflows, while Epson software and remote services support print security, scan automation and integration with third-party solutions.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• High-volume colour and mono office printing
• Centralised print environments with managed workflows
• Offices needing A3+ output for posters, plans or wide-format documents

Place the printer on a stable surface with sufficient clearance for paper cassettes and maintenance access. Use genuine Epson RIPS ink packs and recommended paper types to maintain print quality and reliability. Enable firmware updates and Epson Remote Services for remote diagnosis and to keep device functionality up to date.
