Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP patchkabel, grijs, 5,0 m, 5 stuks/set

Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP Patch Cable, 5.0 m, grey, provides high-speed data transfer up to 10 000 Mbit/s and is designed for 10GBase-T networks. The cable uses S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to reduce interference and ensure reliable signal transmission in demanding home and office network environments.

Advantages

The Cat.6A construction offers higher bandwidth and an improved signal-to-noise ratio compared with lower-category cables, supporting ultrahigh and low-error performance for 10G applications. S/FTP shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference, while gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 connectors enhance connectivity and corrosion resistance. The 5 m length balances reach and manageable cable routing.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network connections
• High-speed data transfer between switches, routers and servers
• Office LAN wiring and structured cabling
• Home networks requiring reduced interference and stable throughput

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device (switch, router, server or network interface) and the other end into the corresponding port on the other device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee a secure connection. Route the 5 m cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable for short- to medium-length connections in 10GBase-T networks. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius within manufacturer guidelines to preserve signal integrity.
