Advantages

The stool’s height-adjustable mechanism lets users set an ergonomic seating height for different desks and tasks. The fabric-covered seat offers a comfortable surface for extended periods of use while the white frame provides a visually light, durable support structure. The stable base supports movement and balance training without compromising safety, and the compact design makes it practical for collaborative spaces and smaller rooms.

• Active sitting at standing or adjustable desks
• Short meetings and collaborative workspaces
• Home offices and study areas
• Tasks requiring frequent position changes and core engagement

Key specifications

• Seat material: black fabric
• Frame color and finish: white frame
• Adjustability: height-adjustable seating
• Seat shape: round/compact seat
• Intended use: indoor seating for dynamic/active sitting

How to use

Set the stool to a height that allows your thighs to be angled slightly downward or parallel to the floor depending on your task. Sit so that your feet can touch the floor or be ready to pivot and shift weight; use small movements to engage core muscles and avoid static posture. For desk work, adjust the stool so your forearms are roughly parallel to the desktop; for short meetings or collaborative tasks, a lower or higher position may improve visibility and interaction. Regularly change posture and alternate with other seating or standing to reduce fatigue.

Recommendations

Use the stool on flat, even floors and adjust height while seated or holding the frame to ensure smooth, safe movement. Combine periods of active sitting with standing or conventional chairs to support long-term comfort. Inspect the frame and adjustment mechanism periodically and follow care instructions for the fabric seat to maintain appearance and performance.
