eSTUFF GLBW09236166 display-privacyfilter 24,6 cm (9,7 inch) tablet frameloze display-privacyfilter

The eSTUFF GLBW09236166 frameless display privacy filter is made for tablets with a maximum screen size of 24.6 cm (9.7 inches) and an aspect ratio of 3:2. It has a matte, anti-glare surface and a black frame option to match devices such as Apple iPad models. The filter includes an adhesive edge and a plastic plate for attaching or storing the filter when not in use. In addition to limiting side viewing angles to protect on-screen information, the filter helps protect the display glass from scratches and everyday wear while maintaining clear visibility for the person sitting directly in front of the screen.

Advantages

The privacy filter provides a clear image for the user in front of the display while obscuring content for viewers at side angles, reducing the risk of shoulder surfing and accidental data exposure. Its matte finish reduces reflections and glare, improving legibility in various lighting conditions. Lightweight and frameless, the filter is easy to install and remove, and the included plastic plate and adhesive edge ensure secure attachment and convenient storage when not in use. The filter also offers basic scratch protection for the touchscreen surface without affecting touch responsiveness.

Attach the adhesive edge of the privacy filter to the tablet following the manufacturer’s alignment marks, or place the filter onto the screen and use the supplied plastic plate to secure or store it when removed. Adjust the position so the viewing area is centered on the display. For touchscreen devices, confirm touch responsiveness; the filter is designed to allow normal finger slide and swipe gestures.

Recommendations

To maximise privacy and screen protection, keep the filter clean and free of debris; remove and reapply according to the adhesive instructions if alignment shifts. Avoid exposing the adhesive edge to dust or moisture during installation. For best results in bright environments, use the anti-glare side facing outward and position the device so the primary user views it directly.
