How to use

Wash and prepare food by slicing it uniformly to ensure even drying. Arrange slices in a single layer on the sieves, leaving space between pieces and choosing the small‑food sieve for herbs or small items. Select the temperature appropriate for the food type (lower temperatures for herbs and delicate fruits, higher temperatures for meat) and set the timer according to the expected drying time. Start the dryer and monitor progress on the LED display; you can check and rotate sieves if necessary. After drying, allow products to cool before storing them in airtight containers.

Recommendations

For best results, pre‑treat fruits that brown quickly (e.g., apples or pears) with a light lemon solution, slice items evenly for consistent dehydration, and test a small batch first to determine optimal temperature and drying time for your preferred texture. Store dried foods in cool, dry, airtight containers away from direct sunlight.
