Ethernetkabel UGREEN Cat6 RJ-45 naar RJ-45, 5 m, U/UTP, 250 MHz, zwart

UGREEN Cat6 Ethernet cable, 5 m length with male RJ-45 connectors at both ends. This unshielded U/UTP round cable has a PVC jacket, AWG26 conductors and gold-plated contacts, designed for Gigabit Ethernet with a frequency rating up to 250 MHz and data transfer speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s. It is intended for connecting routers, switches, PCs and other Ethernet devices in home and office networks.

Advantages

The Cat6 construction and 250 MHz frequency rating support reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance. Gold-plated connector contacts improve signal transmission and resist corrosion. The round PVC jacket provides flexibility and basic mechanical protection while the U/UTP (unshielded) design is suitable for typical indoor networking environments. At 5 m length the cable offers convenient reach for common desktop and rack setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers and switches
• Wired PC and laptop network connections
• Home and small office local area networks (LAN)
• Connecting gaming consoles and smart TVs to Ethernet

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat6, U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45, male to male
• Cable length: 5 m
• Conductor size: AWG 26
• Maximum frequency: 250 MHz
• Maximum data rate: 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Jacket material: PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
• Cable shape: Round
• Connector contacts: Gold plated

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your router, switch or modem and the other into the Ethernet port of your computer, console or networked device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends, excessive twisting or running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines. If connecting through patch panels or keystone jacks, confirm proper seating of the RJ-45 plug.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 U/UTP cable for indoor network connections where standard Gigabit speeds are required; choose shielded cable if the installation runs through areas with significant electromagnetic interference.
