Ethernetkabel UGREEN NW106 Cat.7 STP RJ45 plat 3 m (zwart)

UGREEN NW106 Cat.7 STP flat Ethernet cable, 3 m in black, provides a wired network connection with shielding and a slim profile for discreet installation. The cable features RJ45 connectors and Cat.7 specification to support high-speed local area network links while the flat design allows easy routing along baseboards, through cable channels and under carpets. STP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for more stable data transmission in home and office environments.

Advantages

The flat form factor minimizes bulk and makes the cable simple to hide or guide through limited spaces without kinking. Shielded twisted pairs (STP) and a Cat.7 wiring standard improve resistance to external noise and help maintain signal integrity over short to medium runs. Gold-plated RJ45 plugs ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance, while the 3 m length balances reach and tidy installation in typical room layouts.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops, and gaming consoles to routers or switches
• Fixed installations along walls, under carpets, or inside cable channels
• Office workstations and home networks requiring reduced interference
• Short- to medium-distance wired connections where a low-profile cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7 shielded twisted pair (STP)
• Connector type: RJ45 connectors
• Length: 3 m
• Design: flat cable profile for low-profile routing
• Color: black
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the Ethernet port of your router, switch or modem and the other connector into the Ethernet port of your computer, smart TV or console. Route the flat cable along skirting boards, inside cable ducts or under rugs as needed to keep the installation tidy. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until you hear a click to secure the connection and verify link status lights on network equipment to confirm connectivity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and heavy compression of the flat cable. Keep the cable clear of high-voltage power lines and large electrical devices to reduce potential interference. Use the 3 m length for typical room-to-router connections; for longer runs, select an appropriately longer certified cable and maintain correct shielding continuity at both ends.
