Etiketteerlipjes AVERY 74789 beschrijfbaar polyester wit 63,5 x 25 mm voor archiefmappen en ordners

Writable polyester labeling tabs AVERY 74789 in white, size 63.5 x 25 mm are designed for indexing and identifying file folders, binders and documents. The tabs are made from durable polyester that resists tearing and moisture, while the writable surface accepts pens and permanent markers to create clear, legible labels. Their rectangular shape and standard size make them suitable for use in many office and home filing systems, enabling quick visual identification of records.

Advantages

The polyester construction provides enhanced durability compared with paper tabs, offering resistance to tearing, moisture and frequent handling. The surface is writable with common pens and markers, giving reliable adhesion and legibility. The white color ensures high contrast with written or printed text, and the standard 63.5 x 25 mm size fits typical file folder edges and binder spines. These features support long-lasting organization and repeated use in archive, office and home environments.

How to use

Write the required label text directly onto the polyester tab using a pen or marker. Peel the backing and apply the tab to the edge of a file folder, binder spine or document section, pressing firmly to ensure adhesion. Position tabs evenly to create a consistent index and allow for quick visual scanning. For best results, apply to clean, dry surfaces and avoid repositioning after full adhesion has been established.

Recommendations

For long-term filing, choose a permanent marker for highest legibility. When using in humid environments, ensure surfaces are fully dry before application to maximize adhesion. Store unused tabs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive properties.
