EXERTIS CONNECT Molex naar 3-pin ventilator-voedingsadapterkabel 15cm (EXC146851)

Many PC cases and power supplies still rely on legacy Molex LP4 connectors, while modern case fans use 3-pin headers. This adapter cable bridges that gap, letting you power a standard 3-pin fan directly from a Molex LP4 output without needing a motherboard header or a separate fan controller.

Who is it for

System builders and upgraders who need to add extra cooling to older systems, servers, or mining rigs where motherboard fan headers are limited or unavailable. It is also useful for powering fans in external enclosures or custom projects.

Main features

• Converts a Molex LP4 female connector to a 3-pin fan male connector
• Supplies +12V DC to the fan
• Compact 15 cm cable length for tidy routing
• Nickel-plated connectors for reliable contact
• RoHS compliant

Specifications

• Connector 1: Molex LP4 (4-pin) Female
• Connector 2: 3-pin Fan Male
• Cable length: 15 cm
• Voltage output: +12V DC
• RPM monitoring support: No
• Wire gauge: 18-22 AWG
• Conductor material: Copper
• Insulation material: PVC
• Cable colour: Multi-colour

Tips

Check your fan's current draw against the Molex connector's rating. This adapter does not pass through the tachometer signal, so fan speed monitoring will not be available.
