Exertis Connect OM3 SC duplex naar SC duplex glasvezel-patchkabel, aqua, 30 m 392759

Data center technicians and network administrators rely on high-density fiber patch cables for reliable, high-speed connections in space-constrained environments. This 30-meter OM3 multimode fiber patch cable with SC duplex connectors on both ends is built for such tasks. The aqua jacket and 2 mm diameter make it easy to identify and manage in dense cable runs. With UPC polished connectors, it delivers low insertion loss and stable performance for Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications.

Key specifications

• Fiber type: OM3 multimode 50/125 µm
• Connectors: SC duplex male to SC duplex male, UPC polish
• Length: 30 m
• Jacket color: aqua
• Cable diameter: 2 mm
• High density (HD) design
• Standards: IEC 61754, IEC 61755, ISO 11801

Why choose it

The high-density construction allows more cables in the same space, simplifying cable management in racks and patch panels. OM3 fiber supports 10 Gb/s Ethernet up to 300 meters, making it suitable for backbone and horizontal cabling. UPC connectors ensure low back reflection, critical for high-speed networks.

Ideal use cases

• Data center interconnects between switches, servers, and storage
• LAN backbone cabling in enterprise buildings
• High-density patching in telecommunication rooms
• Storage area network (SAN) connections

Good to know

The cable is duplex, meaning two fibers are bonded together for transmit and receive. The aqua color is the industry standard for OM3, allowing quick identification. The 2 mm diameter balances flexibility and durability, suitable for both permanent links and patch cords.
