How to use

Connect the drive to a compatible USB port on your console or PC using the supplied cable. The drive is ready for use on systems that accept external USB storage; some consoles or operating systems may prompt to format or prepare the drive before first use. Transfer games and media by moving or copying files through the system interface, or follow the console’s built-in options to install or move games to the external drive. For optimal performance, leave adequate free space and avoid abrupt ejection—use the system’s safe remove/eject function when disconnecting.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with your specific console model or PC operating system before use, and keep regular backups of critical save files. If you plan to use the drive across different device types, check whether reformatting is necessary; formatting for one platform can make the drive unusable on another without reformatting. Maintain ventilation around the drive during extended sessions to avoid elevated temperatures.
