Externe SSD ADATA SD620 512 GB, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Micro-USB B, rood, siliconen behuizing

The ADATA SD620 is a portable 512 GB external SSD with a Micro-USB B connector and USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface. It delivers fast transfers — up to 520 MB/s read speed — and supports a 10 Gbit/s link for rapid backup and file movement. The drive is compact, lightweight and housed in a silicone anti-shock sheath; it is compatible with Windows, Mac OS and Android devices and supports hot-swapping for convenient cross-device use.

Advantages

The SD620 offers high transfer speeds that shorten the time needed to move large 4K video files and other data. Its silicone protective housing provides MIL-STD-810G 516.6 drop resistance and an elastic buffer against shocks. The drive is plug-and-play on supported systems, works across PCs, tablets, phones and game consoles without additional drivers, and is available in three classic colors including red.

Suitable for

• Fast backup and transfer of large files (4K video, photo archives)
• Portable storage for gaming libraries on supported consoles
• Cross-device file transfer between Windows, Mac OS and Android devices

Key specifications

• Capacity: 512 GB
• Interface: Micro-USB B, USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbit/s)
• Read speed: up to 520 MB/s
• Housing material: silicone (anti-shock sheath)

How to use

Connect the SD620 to a compatible device using the Micro-USB B cable. The drive supports hot-swapping and typically requires no additional drivers on Windows, Mac OS and Android when the host device supports external SSDs/OTG. Use your operating system’s file manager or backup software to copy, move or back up files. For large transfers, ensure the host device supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 to reach maximum speeds.

Recommendations

To maintain performance and longevity, avoid exposing the drive to extreme temperatures, keep the silicone sheath clean, and use USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and compatible cables when transferring large files. Verify that mobile device software and hardware support external SSDs to use OTG backup features.
