Heckermann papieren frituurmand-inlegvellen 21×21 cm vierkant, 100 stuks (model 120071)

Heckermann paper fryer liner sheets 21×21 cm (100 pcs) are disposable square greaseproof papers designed for lining fryer baskets and air fryer trays. The single-use sheets reduce direct contact between food and cooking surfaces, limit sticking and help contain crumbs and oil for easier post-cooking cleanup. The compact 21×21 cm size is intended for small portions, snacks and finger foods in home kitchens and light commercial use.

Advantages

The paper liners provide a quick, hygienic barrier that minimises food adhesion to fryer baskets and trays while allowing hot air circulation in air fryers. Being disposable, they eliminate the need for intensive scrubbing of baskets and trays after frying and reduce cross-contamination between different food items. Their square shape and standard thickness are suitable for cutting to fit or folding for customized coverage.

Suitable for

• Lining small fryer baskets and air fryer trays
• Frying snacks, chips, nuggets, and finger foods
• Preparing portions for household meals and light commercial catering
• Separating layers of fried items during serving or transport

Key specifications

• Shape: square
• Size: 21 × 21 cm
• Pack quantity: 100 sheets
• Material: greaseproof paper suitable for frying and hot-air cooking
• Single-use disposable design

How to use

Place a single paper liner in the bottom of the fryer basket or on the air fryer tray before adding food. Ensure the sheet lies flat and does not obstruct airflow or come in direct contact with heating elements. For smaller items, fold or trim the liner to fit the basket shape. After cooking, allow excess oil to drain briefly, then dispose of the used sheet and wipe the basket or tray if needed.

Recommendations

Use liners only as intended: do not let the paper contact open heating elements or expose it to temperatures above the appliance manufacturer's guidance. Avoid using liners in deep-fryer oil baths where free-floating paper could be a fire risk. For best results, match liner size to the fryer basket and replace sheets between different food types to maintain hygiene.
