F-lijmklem BESSEY GS25 25 cm aluminium rood

The BESSEY GS25 F-clamp is a 25 cm aluminium clamping tool designed for woodworking and light metalworking tasks. With a slim profile and a red finish for high visibility, this clamp combines a low weight of approximately 1.3 kg with a durable aluminium construction to provide stable, repeatable clamping pressure for assembly, gluing, and holding workpieces in place.

Advantages

The aluminium body ensures a favorable strength-to-weight ratio, making the clamp easy to handle during prolonged use without compromising rigidity. The reliable clamping mechanism provides secure hold and allows precise adjustment of pressure and jaw position. Its compact 25 cm capacity is suitable for common shop tasks while the red finish improves visibility in a crowded workspace. The ergonomic handle design facilitates controlled tightening and release.

Suitable for

• Gluing and assembly of small to medium wooden components
• Holding parts for drilling, routing, or sanding
• Light metalworking fixtures and temporary holds
• Model making, DIY repairs and hobby projects

Key specifications

• Clamping capacity: 25 cm
• Material: aluminium body with steel clamping parts
• Weight: approximately 1.3 kg
• Finish: red coating for visibility
• Jaw type: F-clamp style with adjustable sliding bar

How to use

Position the fixed jaw against one side of the workpiece and slide the adjustable jaw along the bar until it is close to the opposite side. Turn the handle to tighten the clamp until the workpieces are held securely; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to softer materials. To release, rotate the handle in the opposite direction and slide the adjustable jaw away. For repeat operations, set the sliding jaw roughly in place before final tightening to save time.

Recommendations

Use protective pads or scrap wood between the clamp jaws and finished surfaces to prevent marring. Inspect the sliding bar and clamping mechanism periodically for debris and lubricate moving parts lightly if necessary. Choose the GS25 for tasks that fit its 25 cm capacity and aluminium construction; for larger or heavy-duty clamping needs select a clamp with greater capacity or full-steel construction.
