Fellowes Lunar A4 lamineerapparaat — Fellowes Lunar A4 model, 300 mm/min, wit

The Fellowes Lunar A4 laminator is a compact device designed to protect and preserve A4 documents. It supports standard A4 laminating pouches and delivers a laminating speed up to 300 mm/min, offering a balance between quick processing and careful heat application. Finished in white, the unit is intended for light commercial, home office, classroom and personal use where occasional to moderate laminating of certificates, photos, menus, charts and instructional materials is required.

Advantages

The laminator provides consistent lamination with reliable temperature control for clear, bubble-free results on standard pouches. Its compact footprint and straightforward front-loading path make it easy to place on a desk or shelf and to operate without extensive setup. The 300 mm/min speed allows several items to be processed in sequence while maintaining a controlled finish, and the white casing integrates unobtrusively into most environments.

Suitable for

• Protecting A4 certificates, ID cards and documents
• Preserving photos and printed images for display
• Preparing teaching aids, charts and classroom materials
• Laminating menus, price lists and reference sheets for light commercial use

When it may not be suitable

This model is intended for A4-format documents and standard laminating pouches; it is not designed for wider formats or heavy-duty continuous industrial laminating. It may not be the best choice when very high throughput, extra-wide lamination, or specialized pouch thicknesses beyond typical consumer/office ranges are required.

Key specifications

• Document format compatibility: A4
• Maximum laminating speed: 300 mm/min
• Color: white
• Designed for standard laminating pouches (consumer/office thickness range)
• Compact footprint suitable for desk or shelf placement

How to use

Place the laminator on a stable, level surface and connect to a suitable power outlet. Allow the unit to warm up according to the indicator or manufacturer's guidance until it reaches operating temperature. Insert the document into an appropriate A4 pouch, aligning edges to avoid misfeeds, and feed the sealed end first into the laminator's entry slot. Guide the pouch gently and let the machine draw it through at the set speed. After lamination, allow the document to cool flat on a clean surface before handling or trimming.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that your typical documents are A4 format and compatible with standard pouches.
• Check the range of pouch thicknesses you plan to use and whether the laminator supports them.
• Consider the expected laminating frequency to ensure the unit's speed and duty fit your needs.
• Ensure you have adequate desk or shelf space for the compact footprint.

Recommendations

For best results, use high-quality A4 pouches that match the laminator's supported thickness range, feed the sealed edge first, and allow items to cool fully on a flat surface to prevent warping or curling.
