Fietsbinnenband FISCHER Dunlop-ventiel 27 inch (68,60 cm), ETRTO 85139

FISCHER inner tube with a Dunlop (Woods) valve, sized for 27" (68.60 cm) wheels and matched to ETRTO sizing. This tube is made as a direct replacement for compatible 27" tyres and provides reliable air retention and straightforward fitment. It is intended for standard bicycles used for commuting, touring and recreational riding, offering a spare tube option that fits rims designed to accept a Dunlop valve.

Advantages

The tube’s Dunlop valve provides a stable connection with rims engineered for this valve type, allowing easy inflation and secure seating. Constructed from standard butyl rubber, the tube offers predictable air retention and simple repairability in case of punctures. Its conformity to ETRTO sizing ensures compatibility with tyres and rims marked for the same standard, reducing uncertainty when selecting a replacement tube.

Suitable for

• Replacement spare for 27" wheels (68.60 cm) used on commuter and city bicycles
• Touring and recreational bikes with rims that accept Dunlop (Woods) valves
• On-road cycling where standard butyl tubes are commonly used

Key specifications

• Wheel diameter: 27" (68.60 cm)
• Valve type: Dunlop (Woods) valve
• Material: butyl rubber (standard inner tube compound)
• ETRTO compatibility: sized to match standard ETRTO dimensions for 27" tyres
• Intended use: standard bicycle tyre pressure ranges and everyday cycling

How to use

Inspect the tyre and rim for sharp objects or damage before installing the inner tube. Slightly inflate the tube to give it shape, then insert the valve through the rim hole and position the tube evenly inside the tyre. Carefully seat the tyre bead onto the rim, working around the wheel and avoiding pinching the tube. Fully inflate the tube to the tyre’s recommended pressure, checking rim and valve seating for correct alignment. If a puncture occurs, remove the tube and repair or replace it following standard patching procedures.

Recommendations

Use the tube as a spare or replacement for tyres and rims specified for 27" diameter and Dunlop valve compatibility. Maintain recommended tyre pressures to optimize performance and reduce the risk of pinch flats. Carry basic repair tools and a patch kit when riding, and inspect the tyre and rim regularly for wear or embedded debris before installation.
