How to use

Adjust the internal retention system to achieve a secure, snug fit around the head, ensuring the helmet sits level and covers the forehead without obstructing vision. Fasten the chin strap and adjust so that it is snug but allows comfortable jaw movement; the strap should form a V shape under each ear. Before each ride, inspect the helmet for visible damage or cracks and replace if any structural damage is present. Clean the shell and padding with mild soap and water and allow to air dry.

Recommendations

Choose the size S helmet when your measured head circumference matches the manufacturer’s S size range. Replace the helmet after any significant impact or after the manufacturer’s recommended service life. Use the helmet consistently for commuting and leisure rides to maintain basic head protection standards.
