How to use

Place the helmet on the head so it sits level and covers the forehead without tilting back. Adjust the retention system until the helmet feels snug but not constricting. Fasten the chin strap and adjust both side straps to form a V-shape under each ear; tighten the chin strap so it allows one to two fingers’ width between strap and chin. Before each ride, inspect the helmet for visible damage or cracks and ensure the retention and chin straps function properly. Replace the helmet if it sustains a significant impact or shows structural damage.

Recommendations

For effective protection, choose the correct size and periodically check the fit during rides. Clean the helmet interior with mild soap and water and avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners. Store the helmet away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve materials and finish.
