How to use

Place the helmet on the head so the front edge sits just above the eyebrows. Adjust the retention system until the helmet feels snug and stable without pressure points. Fasten and adjust the chin strap so it rests comfortably under the jaw with enough room to insert one or two fingers between the strap and the chin. Inspect the helmet before each ride for visible damage or wear and replace it if it has been involved in an impact or shows signs of deterioration.

Recommendations

For best protective performance, ensure the helmet fits correctly and is fastened on every ride. Use the adjustable fit system to eliminate excess movement and follow local safety guidance for reflective clothing or lights when riding in low-light urban conditions.
