Fijn draad nietjes Bosch Type 53 1000 stuks

The Fine Wire Staples Bosch Type 53 (Bosch MPN 1609200366, EAN 3165140004763) are precision staples designed for accurate, low-profile stapling in a range of thin materials. Supplied as 1000 pieces, each staple measures 11.4 x 0.74 x 10 mm and features a narrow crown and fine wire construction that allows deep penetration and a neat staple back without pressing the spine into the workpiece. These staples are compatible with many common tackers and are suitable for both DIY and professional tacking tasks where minimal visible backing and firm seating are required.

Advantages

The narrow crown and fine wire deliver deep penetration and a discreet staple back, while the consistent dimensions (11.4 x 0.74 x 10 mm) ensure reliable feeding and seating in compatible staplers. Supplied in a pack of 1000, the staples provide good value and reduce the need for frequent reloading. Their design minimizes material damage where the staple spine must remain unobtrusive.

How to use

Load the staples into a compatible tacker according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Position the tacker firmly against the work surface and drive staples with steady, controlled pressure to ensure full seating. For thin or delicate materials, test on a scrap piece first to confirm correct stapler settings and avoid over-penetration. Replace the staple strip when empty and store unused staples in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use only in staplers specified as compatible with fine wire, narrow crown staples. When working with delicate fabrics or thin veneers, perform a trial on a sample to verify stapling depth and alignment. Keep the staples dry and handle with care to prevent bending or misfeeds.
