Polmask PLA 1.75 mm Cotton White — 3 kg spool is a general-purpose Polmask PLA filament supplied on a single 3 kg spool with a nominal diameter of 1.75 mm. This Cotton White PLA is formulated for consistent extrusion, good surface finish and dimensional stability, making it suitable for prototypes, models and decorative parts. The filament is a polylactic acid (PLA) material derived from renewable resources and designed to offer reliable printing behavior across a wide range of desktop FDM printers.

How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into your FDM/FFF 3D printer following the printer manufacturer’s filament loading instructions. Set the hotend temperature between 190°C and 230°C and the bed temperature between 25°C and 60°C according to your model and adhesion method. Use a cooling fan for most prints to improve bridging and surface quality. Configure retraction for your printer type (direct drive: approx. 1 mm retraction at 20 mm/s; Bowden/indirect drive: approx. 3 mm retraction at 40 mm/s) and adjust print speed within the recommended range to balance quality and time.

Recommendations

Dry the filament at 55°C for about 6 hours only if moisture absorption is suspected; store the spool in a dry, cool place or sealed container with desiccant when not in use. For best surface results, sand lightly and prime before painting. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure to preserve appearance and mechanical properties.
