How to use

Fill the removable water reservoir to the desired level for the number of cups you want to brew, place an appropriate paper or reusable filter in the filter holder, add the recommended amount of ground coffee, and close the lid. Position the carafe on the warming plate, switch the unit on and allow the machine to complete the brew cycle. After brewing, turn the machine off and let the carafe sit briefly to allow coffee grounds to settle before serving. Regularly empty and rinse the carafe and filter holder after each use.

Recommendations

Use freshly ground coffee of medium grind size for best extraction and avoid overfilling the filter to prevent overflow. Descale the machine periodically according to local water hardness to maintain heating efficiency. Allow the warming plate to cool before cleaning and never immerse the main body in water.
