FISCHER fietsframe-tas 86279 — compacte opberging, 85% polyester, 15% PVC, voor montage op het fietsframe

FISCHER Bike Top Tube Bag 86279 is a compact storage accessory designed to attach to the top tube of a bicycle frame. Made from a blend of 85% polyester and 15% PVC, the bag offers a durable, water-resistant outer surface and a structured shape that sits close to the frame. The zippered main compartment provides secure space for a smartphone, keys, wallet, small tools, energy bars or other riding essentials while allowing easy access without dismounting.

Advantages

The construction using polyester and PVC yields a tough, abrasion-resistant exterior with increased resistance to light rain and splashes. Its compact profile minimizes interference with pedaling and steering while keeping items organized in a single accessible compartment. Quick-attach straps enable straightforward mounting to most standard bicycle frames and ensure a stable fit during varied riding conditions.

Suitable for

• Road cycling where quick access to phone or snacks is required
• Commuting and urban rides for carrying wallet, keys and transit cards
• Gravel or light off-road rides for small tools, tire levers and patches
• Long rides to store energy bars, gels and a compact multi-tool

Key specifications

• Material composition: 85% polyester, 15% PVC
• Mounting position: top tube (frame-mounted)
• Closure type: zippered main compartment
• Profile: compact, low-profile design to minimize interference with pedaling
• Weather resistance: water-resistant outer material suitable for light rain and splashes

How to use

Place the bag on the top tube near the head tube or mid-tube position depending on reach and accessibility preferences. Secure the attachment straps around the top tube and, if provided, the head tube or stem area to prevent rotation. Close the zipper fully before starting the ride to protect contents from movement and exposure. Arrange items inside to keep heavier objects toward the bottom and frequently used items, such as a phone or keys, near the opening for faster access.

Recommendations

Check strap tightness before each ride and avoid overloading the bag to preserve stability and minimize sway. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth after wet rides and allow the bag to dry fully before prolonged storage. For prolonged exposure to heavy rain, consider additional waterproof protection or storing moisture-sensitive items elsewhere.
