How to use

Connect the video signal using the appropriate cable from your computer or device (refer to the device connectors). Power up the monitor and adjust height to position the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level for ergonomic viewing. Use the on-screen display (OSD) controls to set brightness, contrast and colour settings suitable for your environment. For audio, enable the integrated speakers in your computer's sound settings or connect external audio if required.

Recommendations

For comfortable long-term use, adjust the monitor height and tilt so that your eyes look slightly downward at the centre of the screen. Set brightness to match ambient lighting and use the panel's preset modes if available for text or multimedia. When mounting on an arm, ensure the VESA mount and arm support the display weight and adjust for secure cable routing to prevent strain on ports.
