Fischer SXRL 8x100 T langschacht-kozijnplug, thermisch verzinkt, 50-pack 540115

Facade installers and carpenters working on concrete or masonry often need a fixing that can bridge thick non-load-bearing layers and still grip the substrate securely. The Fischer SXRL 8x100 T long shaft frame fixing anchor answers that call with a 100 mm length, a countersunk Torx T40 screw, and a high-quality nylon plug that expands reliably in solid and perforated materials. Each pack contains 50 pieces, ready for window frames, roof battens, gates, and railing brackets.

Why choose it

The SXRL series is engineered for through-fixing, where the anchor passes through the fixture and into the base material. The long shaft allows secure fastening of thick timber or metal profiles without compromising pull-out resistance. The galvanized coating protects the screw from corrosion, making it suitable for outdoor applications, while the nylon plug remains stable across a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C. The Torx drive ensures positive bit engagement, reducing cam-out and speeding up installation.

Ideal use cases

• Fixing window and door frames to concrete or masonry
• Securing roof battens and timber substructures
• Mounting gates, railings, and facade elements
• Anchoring brackets and profiles in solid or perforated masonry
• Installations requiring a long shaft for thick non-load-bearing layers

Good to know

For best results, drill the hole to at least 110 mm depth and clean it thoroughly before driving the screw. The anchor is approved for use in concrete, solid masonry, perforated masonry, and aerated concrete. Always verify the substrate condition and load requirements; for critical applications, refer to the ETA approval document. The pack of 50 provides ample quantity for medium to large projects, reducing the need for frequent reordering.
